Why did you decide to go into your profession?
Growing up around friends and family members with businesses, I saw businesses with good accountants on their side thrive. Unfortunately, I also saw businesses falter when they did not have a Professional Accountant on their side. I became an Accountant to support these businesses.

How did you come to join your organization?
Funny story, my Partner, Jonathan Gallo, went and opened up a firm. Jon and I articled at a national Accounting firm, so we always kept in touch. One day after a workout I went to visit Jon and see his office (still in my gym clothes). When we started talking, I really like the culture he was establishing at the firm. The meet and greet turned out to be an interview, and Jon offered me a position the next day. We laugh that I did my job interview in sweats.
Who has been the biggest influence on your career?
I would say Jonathan Gallo. He has been my mentor, and now, my Partner at the firm. Jon has a military background, and brings structure and a strong culture to the firm.
