After graduating with his honours degree in finance and marketing Grant entered the financial services industry in 2005. Since then he has been recognized as a top-performing Financial Planner and Portfolio Manager by not only his own firm but other independent organizations including “The Carson Group” an international Wealth Management Organization based out of Omaha Nebraska and “Wealth Professional” where he was voted the top advisor in Canada under the age of 40. Grant is regularly featured in the media on CJOB, Winnipeg’s largest talk radio station and Wealth Professional Magazine where he is asked his opinion on economic events and financial planning strategy.
Why did you decide to go into your profession?
I always believed that if you were good at something that you should use your abilities to help other people. Financial Planning was the best way I could positively impact people's lives.

At Endeavour Wealth Management we believe that the best advice is specialized advice and that all of your advisors should work cohesively together. We coordinate and deliver expert advice for all of your financial needs whether it is investing, financial tax and estate planning, or goal setting and corporate structure advice. We deliver proactive solutions and ensure you are able to make educated decisions for all of your financial questions.
How did you come to join your organization?
I founded it in 2019 - but have been in the industry since 2008.
Who has been the biggest influence on your career?
My father and my other mentors. Additionally, Richard Branson is one of my heroes and I think he emulates the kind of entrepreneur I want to be. Balance between building great businesses which do what's right for people, family and community.
Name one skill you think every good professional should have.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Working with people and helping them to succeed.
What's your best advice for a new professional in your field?
People, passion and process. Make sure you are doing this business for the right reasons which should be to help people and inspire them. Do what you are passionate about doing and if you're not passionate about it make changes. Make sure you have a good process and stick to it, and have patience.
