Gleb is a general practitioner who has a special interest in business law, contracts, due diligence, and internal audits. Gleb started practicing law as a corporate lawyer in Eastern Europe where he worked on major privatization and merger and acquisition projects. Gleb served as a Legal Expert for a few projects led by the World Bank and the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. During his tenure in Europe, Gleb’s major areas of practice became business law, corporate governance, due diligence, legal compliance, and internal audits. Gleb worked with the Hoerner Bank in Germany and spearheaded a new Intestacies and Unclaimed Funds Department within the firm. As a professional genealogist and a member of the Federation of the Eastern Europe Family History Societies, Gleb was uniquely qualified to develop this department. Gleb has used his skill in finding and recovering unclaimed funds with great success in North America.
